Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

By using Secretools, operated by YorTech (yortech.id), you agree to these terms.

The service

Secretools is a free web app that helps you schedule meetings, add them to Google Calendar and send email invitations and reminders. Features may change, and new tools may be added or removed.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for the activity on it. You must be allowed to use the Google account you sign in with.

Acceptable use

• Only invite people who expect to receive emails about the meeting. Do not use Secretools to send spam or unsolicited email.
• Do not use Secretools for anything illegal, harmful or abusive, or try to disrupt or break into the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

No warranty

Secretools is provided "as is". We do our best to deliver reminders on time but cannot guarantee that every email or calendar event is delivered. Please don't rely on it as the only reminder for critical events.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, YorTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Secretools, such as a missed meeting.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
