Secretools ("we") is operated by YorTech (yortech.id). This policy explains what data Secretools handles when you use https://apps.yortech.id/secre-tools.

Data we collect

  • Google account profile: your name, email address and Google account ID, used to sign you in.
  • Google OAuth tokens: stored encrypted, used only to create and delete calendar events on your behalf.
  • Meeting data you enter: titles, dates, locations, agendas, attendee emails, divisions and reminder settings.
  • Preferences: for example your color theme.

How we use Google user data

Secretools requests the openid, email, profile and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scopes. We use them only to:

  • sign you in and show your name and email in the app;
  • create an event (optionally with a Google Meet link) in your primary Google Calendar when you create a meeting in Secretools;
  • delete that same event when you cancel the meeting in Secretools.

We do not read, list or modify any other calendar events, and we do not access your Gmail, contacts or files.

Secretools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models, and humans do not read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or when required by law.

Emails

Invitations, reminders and cancellation notices are sent from [email protected] to the attendee addresses you enter. Please only add people who expect to hear about the meeting.

Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties, except our hosting and email providers who process it only to run the service, and when required by law.

Storage and security

Data is stored on our servers in a database with access restricted to the service. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. All traffic uses HTTPS.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while you use Secretools. You can cancel meetings at any time, which deletes them and their calendar events. To delete your account and all its data, email [email protected]. You can also revoke Secretools' access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Cookies

We only use cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms (session and CSRF cookies). No tracking or advertising cookies.
