What is Secretools?
Secretools is a free web app with tools that make secretarial and office admin work easier. The first tool is a meeting scheduler that syncs with Google Calendar and sends email reminders. More tools are on the way.
Is Secretools free?
Yes. You only need a Google account to sign in.
How do meeting reminders work?
When you create a meeting you choose when to be reminded: 1 day, 1 hour or 15 minutes before. Secretools emails the reminder to you and every attendee at that time.
Do attendees need an account?
No. Attendees just receive an email invitation with an .ics calendar file, and optional reminders. Only the organizer signs in.
Can it create Google Meet links?
Yes. Tick "Create a Google Meet link" when you create a meeting and the link is added to the calendar event and the emails.
What does Secretools do with my Google account?
It uses your name and email to sign you in and only creates or deletes the calendar events you make in Secretools. It never reads your other events or emails. See the Privacy Policy for details.
